Wheat Flour Sheera


Wheat Flour Sheera - Laxmi Bhandary 


Ingredients: 

Wheat flour 1 cup, 
sugar 2 cups,
ghee 3/4 cup 
Hot water 2 and half cup.


Method: 


In a pan add ghee.When it is hot add wheat flour and stir continuously for 15 to 20 minutes, till it smells or changes its colour. Add boiling water and stir for 2-3 minutes. Add sugar and stirring constantly till the blend thickens, forming lump. Remove from flame. Flatten the blend on a thali, smeared with ghee. When cool cut in to pieces of desired shape.
