Recipe:
Omelette recipe
2 cups rice flour
1 cup sooji rava
Half cup Besan
Half Cup udda dal (soaked and ground to a paste)
tomato-1 small chopped
onion-1 small chopped
cooking soda-1/2 tsp
sugar-1 tbsp
ginger,green chillies,coriander leaves-According to your preference
butter-5tsp
salt to taste
Method
Take a big bowl in that add all the above ingredients...make it like idly batter and ferment overnight.
Morning take it out like small dosas into crisp.
Soup Recipe:
Take a bowl in that add moong dal, chopped tomato,onion and coriander leaves along with little water.Take one pan and do the seasoning with mustard,fenugreek and jeera..add the mixed dal.Pour all this in the cooker and take a whistle...when it cools down take a boil with salt and chilly powder.Have it hot. Measurements for soup is according to your taste.
