Recipe:

To Make pizza dough in little warm water add 1/2tea spoon yeast , to this add pizza flour ,rava 2spoons ,salt ,sugar n kneed well for 5mins . Until it's a soft dough but not sticking to the bowl ,add olive oil n knead little cover with cling wrap n let it rest for 4-5 hrs then dust again with flour n kneed ,cling wrap n put in fridge over night or longer let it chill ...cold dough is easy to handle ,now on a well dusted flat surface roll to a round (impossible in first try ) ,must be thick ,in a porcelain pan dust sooji n put the rolled dough now place halved sausages along the side n fold as in the pic n bake for 7mins at 180degrees in oven .apply pizza sauce (minced garlic ,onion,green chili,cilantro ,n ripe tomatoes cooked in olive oil n spiced with red chili pow ,salt, origano ,little ketchup until dry ) place few sliced coloured bell peppers ,diced onions ,tomatoes without seeds,shrimp n squeeze garlic mayo n drizzle hot sauce or chili sauce ,sprinkle cheese peri peri spice n origano n back to oven for 15mins at 200degrees n grill for 5mins ...sprinkle grated parmisan cheese simply relish when it's hot n enjoy the compliments
