Prawn Masala

Prawn Masala - Vidya Nayak Shenoy
Recipe:

Apply salt, ginger+ garlic paste, red chilli pd, turmeric pd, tamarind pulp , coriander + cumin pd to the prawns and marinate for 1/2 hr.. Saute 2 - 3 onions in oil till light brown add hand ful of curry leaves fry till crisp,, add the marinated prawns n lil water cook till done .. lastly add lime juice..

This time the variation was I've added garam masala instead of coriander n cumin pd.. and added cashews while frying the curry leaves..
