Pedvo Fry

Pedvo Fry - Shruthi Pai 

Ingredients
Saradines cut & cleaned -15
Chilli powder - 3tbsp
Lemon juice - 1tsp
Ginger garlic paste - 2tsp
Curry leaves few
Salt to taste .


Marinate fish with all the ingredients and keep aside for half an hour. Then heat 2tsp oil in a pan and add curry leaves and drop the fishes on the curry leaves . cook both sides till done.
