Palak Ambat

Palak Ambat - Anitha Kamath Pai

Grind roasted red chilies 2-3 ,with one cup coconut, a small ball of tamarind very finely n bring to a boil with one finely chopped onion,add chopped spinach n one cup mashed /ground boiled toor dal n mix add salt ,add couple of springs of finely chopped dil leaves (soya /Shepu) temper with one finely chopped onion in 2spoons oil n serve hot with rice
