Prepare the batter with maida ( if it is 1 cup 4 tbsp of rice flour ) n rice flour.. add ginger + garlic + green chilli Paste n salt... deep fry the babycorn pieces till crisp... Heat oil in a kadai...fry finely chopped garlic.n spring onions... add soya sauce , tomato sauce ( if u want it really hot can add green chilli sauce too ) fry till the water content in the sauces is evaporated .. finally add the fried corn pieces n fry till done.. garnish with spring onions
