Easy Tomato Chutney

Easy Tomato Chutney - Seema Mallya


Ingredients: 

2 tbs oil 1/2tbs urid daal 1/4 mustered seeds 1 string curry leaves 1 green chilly 2 fryed red long chilly 1 tomato Little coriyander & pudina leaves chopped Salt

Method: 

Heat the oil in a pan add mustered seeds when it splitters add urid daal let it become golden colour add curry leaves fry for a second. Now add green chilly, fryed red chilly, tomato coriander leaves & pudina leaves still fry it for 2- 3min. Now remove from the fire & let it cool for room temperature. Put all the fryed mixture in a blender with adding little salt & water make fine paste. Garnish with tomato r coriander leaves.
