Dynamite Shrimp

Recipe :- 

clean ,devein prawns (remove tails n preferably large in size) marinate them in salt, pepper ,soy for 5mins then break n egg n mix without frothing (not to beat ) mix 3table spoons corn flour n mix again leave for couple of hrs at room temperature . Then deep fry ensuring each prawn is single n open while you tip in the hot oil .remove on paper towel. For sauce mix half cup garlic mayonnaise , 2-3 table spoons rice vinegar (I added distilled /normal) ,1spoon sesame oil ,n 3table spoons Sirachi chili sauce hot or 4-5spoons mild to medium chili sauce(key ingredient a this style chili sauce ) ,give a good mix n toss along with the shrimps until well coated . Serve in martini glasses over crisp lettuce or cabbage leaves n sprinkle spring onion greens ... Enjoy ...mouth melting dynamite shrimps
