Chicken Burger with Onion Rings - Kanthi Sidhan

Method:

For chicken tikki:take 250 grs chicken keema,wash and squeez the water.add 1/4tsp turmerric,1tsp chilli powder,1tsp coriander powder,1/4pepper powder,1/4garam masala powder.little coriander leaves,1/2 lemmon juice,salt to taste. Mix well.make long or round shape tikkies and shallow fry.(check your bun shape)keep a side.Take 1/ 2cup besan(chana dal powder)add1/4tsp turmerric powder,1tsp chilli powder,little asafoetida,salt to taste.add water in it .make bajji paste.dip 1big onion rings and fry.keep a side.Take a burger bun ,cut into half,apply butter inside the bun,heat it.first keep chucken tikki on under piece bun,put tomato ketcup,then tomato rings,then onion rings,on the top spred chees.close with top piece bun
Enjoy home made burger
