Ingredients:
Alphonso mangoes-3
Sugar-1 cup
lime juice-1/2 lime
Saffron-Few strands
Cardamom Powder-To taste
Method:
Take 3 alphonso mangoes pulped with 1 katori sugar , little cardamom pwd and a few strands of saffron, add juice of 1/2 a lime, mix well n stir on sim continuously till it becomes homogenous and leaves the sides of the pan.
