Sabudana Khichdi - Suman Bhat
Recipe : Soak sabu dana in just enough water for 2 hrs, All water will be absorbed by sabudana. Then in kadai take oil heat it splutter jeera then add green chillies fry peanuts till brown .u can add chopped potatoes at this point and let it cook (mom hasn't ) then add the dry sabudana salt sugar to taste and close lid and let cook on sim till sabudana is translucent(like how u cook for pow a usli on steam ) .Garnish with coriander leaves and lemon juice
