Nipattu

Ingredients

rice flour 1 cup
roasted urad dal powder 2 tblspns
salt to taste
butter min of 1 tblspn to a max of infinity
salt to taste
chilly powder to taste
mix with a spoon and add
hurikadle/roast chana dal 1 tblspn
curry leaves per your taste
groundnut 1tblspoon
mix everything and adding water slowly knead into a soft pliable dough.
make round discs and deep fry
or bake the same at 220 for 10 mins in an oven
remove and bake again for 10 mins on 180
