Soak 1 cup dried g.peas for 4-5 hrs and cook it till soft & firm.Also cook 1-2 medium size Potatoes and keep aside.Grind together garlic,ginger & g.chillies and keep aside.In a pan add oil when hot add jeera,pepper powder and coriander leaves.Now mash the potatoes and gpeas together without water.add ground garlic paste and the seasoning,add salt and cornflour.Mix well and roll in small balls and deep fry in oil.Serve with sauce or chutney.(for a healthy version can b tava fried/shallow fried or Mw too
