Khooba roti

Khooba roti - Kiranmayi kamath 

Recipe

1 cup whole wheat flour
2 tbsp ghee
pinch of salt to taste and water to knead the dough.
Mix the flour,ghee and salt together add little water to make a soft pliable douhg.Keep it aside for 20 minutes.

Roll out roties a little thicker than the normal ones.cook them on the tava on both sides till the colour changes.Remove the rotis from the tava and pinch the roties all over as can be seen from the picture. Cook them again on both sides. Cook again directly on teh flame.Smear the roti with asli desi ghee and khooba roti is ready to be savoured :):)
