Coconut Burfi

Coconut Burfi - Vidya Nayak Shenoy

Recipe:

Grind 1 cup grated coconut alongwith 15 nos. cashews...without water..Heat 1/4 water n add 1 cup sugar n make a syrup now add the coconut n when it thickens add 4 tsp ghee n cardamom pd.. when thick n leaves side of the vessel switch off the gas.. apply ghee to the plate n spread the mixture n when cool cut into pieces
