Chocolate Fudge Fantacy - Laxmi Bhandary

Ingredients: 

Cashew nut powder 1/2 cup, milk powder 1/2 cup, white chocolate 1/2 cup, condensed milk 1/2 cup, cardamom powder 1 tsp, grated pista 2 tbsps, crushed rose petals 2 tbsps.

Method:

Mix cashew nut powder, milk powder, condensed milk and white chocolate in a micro wave bowl, and micro wave it for 30 seconds. After it cools down, mix it well, then micro wave it again for another 20 seconds. After it cools down, add cardamom powder, crushed dry rose petals and grated pista. Then makes small balls or desired shape of your choice. Garnish with pista and rose petals.
