Chickoo Rice Kheer/payasu - Tanushree Aich


Recipe:

Just make rice kheer in the normal procedure, i use khajur gud(known as patali gur in kolkata & is available during winters) coz it adds a nice rabdi flavour as against the normal jaggery or sugar. Once milk reduces & rice gets cooked remove from heat add jaggery & chickoo pulp, garnish with dry fruits
