Chicken Pahadi Kalimiri Kebab

Chicken Pahadi Kalimiri Kebab - Tanushree Aich
Recipe:
350 gms chicken( i havent used boneless here)
Large bunch of coriander
7-8 pods garlic
3 green chillies
2 tspns freshly ground pepper
3 tsps soya sauce
1 large onion finely chopped
3 spns oil

Procedure
Make a fine paste of coriander, green chillies & garlic

Add freshly ground peppercorns, salt n soya sauce to this paste

Marinate chicken pieces for 12-14 hrs in this paste( add no water to the paste)

Take lil oil in a wok

Add finely chopped onion pieces, cook till translucent

Add the chicken pieces & the remaning marination

Cook with lid till the chicken till almost done, ensure to keep checking it & add no water

Once the water evaporates & the chicken is almost cooked

Grill the chicken pieces on a griller for about 5-10 mins

Temper with freshly ground peppercorns & serve hot!
