Bhendi stew

Bhendi Stew - Kanthi Sidhan


Wash bhendi,dry it .cut into small pieces and fry it with little oil.keep a side.heat kadai,put oil ,put thadaka with mustered ,jeera,curry leaves,onin,fry well.( onion should become brown)add ginger garlic paste.fry well.add tomato.fry again well.add chilly, garam masala heldi powders .add little vinegar,salt to taste.add 1 glass water.let it boil 5mnts.add fried bhendi. Keep for 5 mints on gas .turn gas sim.add coconut milk(half cup)switch off the gas.garnish with coriander leaves.
