Potato and Drumstick Fritters

Potato and Drumstick Fritters  -  Suman Bhat

Recipe:
soak 1/2 cup rice for an hour and grind it with red kashmiri chillies and hing and salt...apply to the drum stick and potato pieces, let it absorb for about 15 mins and then deep fry.(The batter should be ground as dry as possible with min water.)
