Mashinga Palle Dangar

Mashinga Palle Dangar - Suman Bhat

Recipe:
Rice is soaked and ground for this along with red chilles and lil tamarind and Urd dal is roasted till light brown and aromatic....powdered when cooled and added into this batter along with washed deveined leaves.Made into oval rounds and deep fried till crisp.
