Corn Seekh Kabab

Corn Seekh Kabab - Anita Pai
Ingredients:
150 gms corn kernels
50 gms grated cheese
25 gms each boiled potato n paneer crumbled
10 gms jeera pwd
Salt to taste
10 gms cornflour
2 green chillies finely chpd
5gms chpd coriander leaves
Method: combine all the ingredients well. Grease ur hands with a few drops of oil and divide the mixture into 4 portions. Put each portion on a skewer and grill till slightly golden. Serve hot with mint chutney .
