Egg Masala(Tomato Onion Gravy) - Anita Pai
Recipe:
Heat 2-3 tbs oil, add whole garam masalas. Sauté well n aft a min add 1tsp jeera, let it splutter . Now add 3 sliced onions n fry well till golden brown. Then add 1 tbs ginger garlic paste. Fry well till raw smell goes. Then add 1 tsp jeera pwd, I tbs dhania pwd, 1/2 tsp haldi pwd, 1 tsp red chilli pwd, pinch of pepper pwd, 1/2tsp saunf pwd , salt to taste n a 1tsp sugar. Mix well . Then add 2 tomatoes sliced. Fry all tiger here till masalas are combined n oil leaves the side of pan. Then take the hard boiled eggs n lightly shallow fry them in oil n add them to prepared masala. Sprinkle with 1tsp garam masala pwd . Toss lightly. Cover the pan n cook on sim or 10 mins. Serve garnished with dhania leaves.
