Palak Bread Pakoda

Palak Bread Pakoda - Prathima Bhandary

Recipe
Bread
1 Cup Palak (finely chopped)
1 Cup Besan
1 tsp Ajwain
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
Pinch of Soda
Salt to taste
Oil for deep frying
Method
Take the bread & cut the edges. Cut the bread into any shape you want. (I tried triangular shape)
Mix Besan,Palak, Ajwain , Coriander powder, Chilli powder, Ginger garlic paste,Soda & Salt with water. It should be semi thick batter.(Almost like idli batter)
Dip the bread in to batter & deep fry
