Recipe:

MOUTH WATRRING KANCHIII LEMON IN SALT GINGER & GREEN CHILLI

reciepe:1kg lemon washed n cut into 8 pieces 100 gm g chillies chopped 100 gm ginger salt 5 handfull( 25 spoon) mix all well n kepp in sun for a week toss it 2 times a day for a week then store in jar n keep in fridge u can use it after a month..... for immidiate use u can also pressure cook ( 4 whistle)
