Recipe:
Rice flour For 1 pav rice its 1/2 coconut + finely crushed green chillies mix to the flour with finely chopped onions. and coriander leaves during avarekalu season can add the tender ones with the inner skin removed.. mix n make the dough similar to the chapathi dough.. ( still softer ).. heat the pan.. place a ball of the dough n after applying water to the palm flatten to a rotti.. add coconut oil n fry on both sides..
