Roshpon Pitha - Nutan Shenoy-Kini
Recipe:
Make a dough boiling 31/2 cups of water n adding 3 cups rice flour. Mix it well on sim till it bcms a homogenous mixture. Let it cool. Knead like chapati dough. Make small puris. In the centre stuff spoonsful of sugar grated coconut n elaichi pwd mixture. Roll over to make a semi circle. Seal spirally fr more aesthetic look or use karanji cutter like Laxmi Bhandary did. Now deep fry in ghee / oil as per your choice. Roshpon is syrupy n pitta is the envelope. Syrup literally drools out of it.
