Aloo Palak Parata With Tomato Spring Onion Chutney - Sabitha Shenoy 

Recipe:
blanch palak and squeeze out all the water, chop finely. To this add boiled peeled and grated potato, chilly powder, cor powder, jeera PDr, pepper PDr, haldi powder, ajwain, amchur PDr, finely chopped cor leaves and salt. Mix and make balls. Prepare soft chapati dough and make into poories, keep one ball of aloo mixture, cover and roll gently and make paratas. Serve with any chutney.
