Reciepe for mangalore bunss;;1 cup thick curds 4 spoon sugar required salt 1 spoon soda bicarbo 1 spoon jeera leave this for 1/2 hour add maida 2 cup mix softer than chappatii lastly add 1 spoon ghee and mix well till stickyness goes leave leave this batter for 8 hours or overnight ..... .. now make chappati size balls and roll to puri size and deep fry on medium flame
