Soyabean Kheer

Soyabean Kheer  -  Roopa Suraj



Ingredients
milk 1/2 litre
soya bean granules 1/4 cup
sugar 1/4 cup
dry mewa 1/2 cup
elaichi powder 1/2 tsp
rooh-afza syrup 1 tsp
Method 
1.heat the milk in a kadai till it boils and add the soya bean granules,elaichi powder and reduce to low flame.
2.after the milk thickens,add the sugar and the dry mewa.
3.remove from fire and cool the kheer and add 1 tsp of rooh-afza syrup.
4.garnish with rose petals and serve.

Paneer Rolls

Paneer Rolls  -  Laxmi Bhandary

Ingredients:, 
Paneer 250 grams, boondi 1 cup, oil to deep fry
For garlic chutney:, garlic 8-10 cloves, oil 1 tsp, red chilli powder 1 tbsp and salt to taste.

For batter;,
gram flour ( besan ) 1 cup, ginger garlic paste 1 tsp, red chilli powder 1 tsp, turmeric powder 1/2 tsp, soda bicarb 1 pinch, salt to taste
Method :,

Cut paneer in to two inch by half inch by half inch sized batons. Slit each baton into half leaving one edge intact for filling.Crush boondi with your hand and keep aside.To make garlic chutney, peel and roast garlic in 1 tsp of oil.Mix with red chilli powder and salt to a fine paste.To prepare batter, mix gram flour with g g paste,red chilli powder, turmeric powder,soda bi carb and salt.add sufficient water and wisk well to make a batter of coating consistancy.Rest the batter for about 15 minutes.Stuff garlic chutney into the slit of each of paneer baton.Heat sufficient oil in a kadai, dip each baton in to the batter, roll in the crushed boondi deep fry on medium flame till crisp and golden brown.Serve hot with a chutney of your choice.

Recipe :

make slits in brinjals n keep dem in water for some tym...chop 1 large onion to very fine pieces ...add red chilli powder n amchur to it...stuff dis n d brinjals ..... make a seasoning of mustard ,urad dal.... i sauted one small onion too...and den keep d brinjals to cook in d masala...do not add water..... close vth a lid n let dem cook..... garnish vth corriander leaves...... ..a must try recipe frndss........

Recipe:
Ingredients : medium sized raju 4
roasted red chilies 6-8
half coconut grated
Tamarind avalo size
Coriander seeds 1 tbsp
methi 1/4 tsp
Onion 1 medium sized
green chillies 2
ginger 2" piece
Coconut oil
Method: clean nd cut raju
fry coriander seeds nd methi with little oil
Chop onion...g.chillies nd ginger into small pieces
Grind together coconut...chillies nd tamarind .....when it is half done add fried coriander nd methi ....grind to lil kaskashi ...mix salt nd chopped onion...chillies nd ginger....mix well
spread a piece of plaintain leaf in a kadayi put some coconut oil....put one layer masala...one layer raju pieces...again masala.....raju
first cook on high flame....after one boil cook on low flame for 15 to 20 minutes till gravy becomes thick.....

I PAV DOSA RICE+ I TBSP URAD DAL+1/2 TSP METHI SEEDS-SOAK THIS N GRIND WITH 1 CUP COOKED RICE . ADD 1/2 TSP YEAST DILUTED IN LIL WARM WATER .N KEEP OVERNITE 4 FERMENTATION. IN D MORNING ADD SALT N MAKE DOSA.
