Sapata - Laxmi Bhandary
Ingredients: 1 & 1/2 pav fine soji, 1 & 1/2 pav sugar, 1/2 liter milk (cow’s) 1/2 liter ghee 5 banana (Rasabaale)
Method: Peel bananas and cut in to thin slices. Boil milk and keep aside. Take 2 tbsps ghee in another vessel and roast soji with it.Pour hot milk. Cook over medium flame till soji becomes soft. Add banana slices and sugar. Turn over constantly for a few minutes. Pour d remaining ghee and continue to saute till it forms a lump. Remove from flame.
