Masala Dosa

Masala Dosa - Sabitha Shenoy

Ingredients:
1Cup urad dal, 1 cup Boiled rice, 2 cups raw Rice, 1/2 cup channa dal, 1 tbsp Tur dal , 1 tbsp Methi seeds 



Method 
Soak all the ingredients together in water for 6 hours . Grind into smooth paste . Leave it to ferment overnite. Add salt in the morning and mix well. Spread yummy Masala Dosa . Masala Dosa needs to be roasted on only one side. Serve hot with Potato Bhajji .
