Dates Cashew n Badam Rolls

Dates Cashew n Badam Rolls - Sabitha Shenoy
Chop dates. (10-12). Heat I tsp ghee. Add dates when the ghee is warm. Toss. When the dates become soft add chopped nuts of your choice. Crush few nuts into powder and add to the mixture. Add cardamom powder. When slightly cool roll with rolling pin and fold into roll. Keep in the fridge for half an hour. Then cut into 1" thick disc.
