Garlic Chutney

Garlic Chutney - Laxmi Bhandary

Ingredients: 1/2 cup coconut gratings, 7 to 8 garlic cloves ,1 tbsp red chilly powder, 1 tsp tamarind paste & salt to taste.


Method: First garlic cloves are fried in little ghee. Then all the ingredients put into mixy & grind to a fine paste
