Egg Pannaupkari

Egg Pannaupkari - Roopa Bhandary

Recipe : 

Ingredients : Boiled Eggs -5 , Onions - 4 chopped finely, Red chilli pdr - 2tb sp Or as per ur taste , tamarind paste - 1 tsp OR tomato -1 cut into cubes , Oil - 3-4 tb sp, coriander leaves -2t sp finely chopped, salt to taste.......

Method : 
Heat oil in a pan , add chopped onions & fry till transparent, then add chilli pdr & fry again till u get nice aroma.....then add tomato saute for a min ,then add salt & enough water to make a thick gravy...put the egg pieces in the gravy & Bring to a boil....garnish with coriander leaves...
