Aloo Gobi

Aloo Gobi - Suman Bhat
Recipe:
Cube 2 medium aloo( i skinned it u can leave it as it is if its nice and clean) and deep fry and keep aside .1 medium cauliflower make florets..wash and strain and let excess water flow off.Deep fry these too.If u like it spicy just sprinkle chilli powder over these florets and deep fry .1 medium capsicum cubes...again deep fry and keep aside.For masala : Chop 3 onions length wise 2 tomatoes cubes.Half kando garlic 1/2 inch ginger and 4 green chillies wash peel and make paste.Take oil( u can take the fried oil itself) in kadai once its hot splutter jeera then add the ginger garlic and green chilli paste once lil brown add the onions and let it brown as well.Last add tomatoes and once pureed add spice powders to suit ur taste...Red chilli haldi dhaniya and garama masala just a pinch.Salt to taste.Last add the fried aloo and gobi and capsicums mix well with light hands so they dont mash up as its already cooked .Garnish with lemon juice and fresh corriander leaves and serve with hot rotis/chapatis.
