Sungat Talshilale

Sungat talshilale (prawn garlic fry). The way I do is like this. This is my MIL 's recipe. Apply salt to prawns and keep it aside. Make a masala with spicy red chilly powder, hing, coriander powder and salt. Apply to prawns and marinate for minimum half an hour. Fry crushed garlic in coconut oil till light brown, add marinated prawns. This is done on high flame. Then lower the flame, cover and cook till all the water left by the prawns evaporates. Now add one to two tsp coconut oil and keep tossing on low flame. Adding oil and tossing can be done until the desired hardness is achieved. Enjoy with Lemon juice and raw onion slices.
