Oreo Biscuit cake

Ingredients: 1 large packet and 1 small packet Oreo biscuits (19 pair cream biscuits), 1 cup milk, 3/4 tsp Eno, 3 tbsps sugar

Method: Crush the biscuits. Put into mixie or blender. Add other ingredients and blend in to smooth paste. Grease microwave safe dish with butter or ghee. Transfer the batter into the dish. Microwave for 5 minutes. Leave it for 15 minutes in microwave. Cool and cut into pieces.
