Malpuri

(GSB Delicacy ) Recipie from Mrs Jaya V Shenoy's recipie book . 
Malpuri 
• 1 ½ cup Maida cup 
• ¼ cup chiroti rawa
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 cup buttermilk
• ½ tsp cardamom pd
• Pinch saffron color
• Oil to fry
Method
1. Mix together saffron colour , sugar and buttermilk and beat well.
2. In a broad vessel , mix together, chiroti rava, maida.Add the buttermilk mix little by little and make a thick batter.
3. Keep aside for 3 hours.
4. Just before frying add cardamom pd.
5. Heat oil ina Broad kadai , take a tbsp of batter and drop this in oil.
6. Fry on both sides. While taking it out , squeeze the Malpuri between two ladles and keep on kitchen towel.
7. Relishhh warm !
