Egg Spicy Curry (Mothe Phanna Upkari)

This recipie can be used in preapring Mushroom curry , chinese potato curry , Prawns spicy curry , Potato spicy curry , Soyachunks spicy curry etc,

While in Soyachunks, u need to soak the chunks for 20 minutes and use it in curries.
Potatoes and Chinese pototoes r boiled and used .
Egg Spicy Curry
6 eggs boiled
5 onions chopped
2 tsp chilli pd
1 tbsp tamarind pulp
1 tsp corinder pd
1/2 tsp haldi
salt to taste
oil
Method

Chop the onions finely .
Boil the eggs and keep aside.
In a Pan, heat oil, add the onions and fry till light pink.
then add chilli pd, coriander pd, haldi pd, and fry well.
Add the tamarind pulp and bring it to a boil.
add salt to taste.
Now add the boiled eggs and finally give it a boil. ( dont stir)
The tangy spicy dish is ready, Goes well with Rice and dal.
