Raw bananas bhaji

Raw bananas bhaji - Shamala Bhat

Procedure
Pressure cook raw bananas in a cooker with one whistle.
Allow to cool, peel and cube the bananas.
In a kadhai, heat the oil, add the mustard seeds. When they splutter, add chopped onion and stir till soft.
Add chopped garlic and stir. Add turmeric and red chili powders. Add the banana pieces, salt and stir.
Wash and cut the coriander leaves. Add to the vegetable, stir for some time and the side dish is ready to serve.Recipe courtesy Leena muzumdar.
