Ridge Gourd Huli - Kiranmayi Kamath
Ingredients:Take 5-6 byadagi chillies, lil tamarind, 4-5 tablespoons of grated coconut - 1 tsp roasted dhania, lil roasted jeera, 1/2 tsp roasted chana dal n 1/2 tsp roasted urad dal, hing size of chanadal.
Grind all the ignredients together in a mixer. Boil tur dal and veggie of your choice(cld be radish, knol kol, ridgegourd,pumpkin beans,n carrot). Add the mground masala to the cooked dal n vegetable add salt to taste simmer it n give tadka with curry leaves, mustard and red chillies.you may add little jaggery to taste.
