Pumpkin Puris

Pumpkin Puris - Vidya Pai

Recipe : 
Grate One quarter of the pumpkin to get about a bowl of grated flesh(remove the skin before grating).To this add ginger garlic green chilli paste ,chilli, haldi and dhaniya powder lil salt and sugar to taste mix well and leave for a while.Add chopped corriander leave and half a tsp of ajwain and then finally enough atta and just required water (grated pumkin leave its own water so take care) to make a stiff yet soft dough.Roll out puris and deep fry .Pumpkin puris are ready
