Mutter Mushroom - Vidya pai
Ingredients:
200 gm mushroom, sliced, 1 cup green peas, 4 medium size onions, 3 tomatoes, ginger small piece, 2 green chillies,8 garlic cloves, 1 tsp coriander powd, 2 tsps chilli powd, 1/4 tsp turmeric powd.,2 tbspsoil, finely chopped coriander leaves for garnishing & salt to taste.
Ingredients:

Method:
Cook mushroom slices & greenpeas seperately and keep aside.Heat oil in afrying pan. Put finely chopped onions & fry for 5 minutes.add the powders said above and fry for a minute.Then add finely chopped ginger, greenchillies & fry a little.Mix tomato pieces & cook till soft.Then add mushrooms & green peas.Also add salt to taste.Add water if necessary.Cook on slow fire.When done, add coriander leaves & remove from flame.The gravy should not be watery.
