Masala Murmura

Masala Murmura - Vidya Pai
Ingredients----
1 cup MurMura,
Chutney Dal...1/4 cup.
Roasted Chana ( With Black Peel ) ... 1/4 cup.
Peanuts ... 1/2 cup.
Hing... 1 tsp.
Turmeric pwd ... 1/4 tsp.
Red Chilly pwd...1/2 tsp.
Salt to taste.
Curry leaves .... 10 - 15.
Oil ... 1 tbsp.
Dry Red Chillies .... 4-5.

Method :

In a kadhai, add oil, keep the flame to medium. Now add curry leaves and dry red chillies. Stir for few seconds.
Toast roasted peanuts, roasted chana, chutney dal in a pan without oil until they turn light before before adding to the kadhai. Add them to the main kadhai.
Add salt, red chilly pwd, mix again. Keep stirring for few stirring for few seconds.
To this add the puffed rice and mix well. Mix the entire mixture. Allow it to cool for 10 minutes.
