Gujarathi Aloo

Gujarathi Aloo - Dr Ramesh Shenoy
Ingredients: 
Potato 2 - 3 medium sized, boiled, peeled & diced, 1 tsp each of Jeera, Jeera powder, Garam masala & Dhania powder, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 2 tsp red chilly powder, For seadoning: 1/2 tsp hing, 1 tsp amchur powder. Coriander leaves, Lemon 1.

Method: 
In a bowl mix potato & all the powders. Heat oil in a pan, add jeera. Now add the masala mixed potatos. Add amchur podwer & mix well. Now add a pinch of hing. Serve hot after garnishing with coriander leaves & lime juice. Can be served with chapati or as a starter.
