Recipes:
wheat powder (atta vll do)- 1/2 kg...
.dalda-for deep frying ...
ghee-100 gm..
.sugar ---accordingly
prepare a dough jst lyk we do for chappathies but a bit stiff dis tym....(prepare d dough using water only) --- den take out large lemon sized balls out of it...n make thick puris.... now deep fry dem n dalda till crisp ( dcolour shud be reddish brown)...take care dat d flame shud be kept low ....and d inner part shud also get nicely cooked n crisp....later powder dem nicely n a mixer.....
powder sugar also n mix dem together along vth cardomom powder too...
now add warm ghee n start making churmundos ......as we do n d normal frying method....
even though dis method f churmmundos s a bit tym consuming process ..d result s a super tasty laddus...
