Ing:
add 1cup dhuli toor dal soaked,3 cups water,salt & haldi & 1 inch piece of ginger..bring to boil on high flame,thn reduce flame and cook till done...in other pan,heat oil,add hing,1tsp jeera,1medium chp onion & saute till pink in colour....add 1 inch ginger piece chp,2-3 green chillies chp,2medium tomatoes chp & saute....then add 1/2 tsp red chilli pow saut till oil leaves...strain the dal & add to the masala..mix then add salt,garam masala 1/2 tspn,chop daniya leaves and 1/2 tspn lemon juice...cook for 2 mins and serve hot
