EGG PEPPER DRY

RECIPE:
In 3 tsp oil fry 3 chopped garlic cloves, lil ginger, 2 green chillies n 2 onion slices , add lil soya sauce, vinegar n pepper pdr, fry n add boiled egg pieces n salt n mix well. garnish with daniya patta......( Recipe by Nandini Kini )

Recipe:
cook the musels ...remove it fmr d shell..wash clean n keep aside..... heat oil.... add mustard n curry leaves..... add crushed ginger and garlic .,,,green chillies.... saute for a while....add chopped onion (2) and a handful of chopped shallots ...saute til dey turn pinkish.... now add 2 teasp of red chilli powder n around 3 to 4 teasp of pepper..... lil haldi..... add one or 2 tomatoes.... saute and then add the cooked mussels....do not add water ....add salt..stir in between and keep on low flame.... till the gravy nicely coats the neelies... soon after u turn off ....crush some handful of curry leaves keeping on ur palm..and just spread it over the roast....... adjust the measurements of spices accordingly.

Here goes the Indian touch of Cinnamon n garlic
Prepare the noodles as per the instructions on the packet.. here I've used Ching's hakka noodles

soak red chillies + cinnamon in hot water for a while..when cool grind the chillies + garlic flakes

Heat oil.. fry the onions chopped lengthwise.. add capsicum, cabbage , carrots ( cut everything in the same lengthy shape ).. Now add chopped spring onions .. fry for a while add the ground masala , the cinnamon stick which was soaked earlier, soya sauce n salt mix well.. cover n cook on low fire till the veggies r cooked.. now mix in the prepared noodles ..done

Boil the egg plant.. ( or u can burn it directly on gas stove..) remove the skin.. n mash it.. Grind lil coconut + tamarind + green chillies + salt.. mix with the egg plant and chopped onions... finally add a tsp of coconut oil..
